Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs from choosing a method other than the least expensive option offered). Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, and preferably in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
